Detailed Itenerary

Day 1: Kampala-Queen Elizabeth
Leave Kampala after breakfast for the fascinating drive to western Uganda with a stopover for your lunch en-route in Fort Portal thereafter proceed to Queen Elizabeth for an evening game drive to your lodge dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Queen Elizabeth National Park
Early morning game drives to see more animals that habit this park, that include predators’ lion. Leopard and other games. Over 500 bird species have been identified here, making it a Mecca for bird-watchers. They include the black bee-eater, 11 different species of kingfisher, and several falcons, eagles and other raptors return for lunch and later take a 2-hour launch cruise on the Kazinga channel. Return in the evening for Dinner and overnight at your booked hotel.

Day 3: Queen Elizabeth-Ishasha – Bwindi Forest Np
Rise very early with your packed lunch ready for guided nature walks and Community Visits interacting with different people in their homesteads. After, proceed to Bwindi Forest Vis Ishasha sector where you will have a chance to see tree-climbing lions. Dinner & Overnight at Your Booked Hotel

Day 4: Bwindi Impenetrable Forest
You set off early after breakfast for the park headquarters where you will register for your gorilla trek once you have been assigned a group you will be driven to the trailhead for your group and you will follow your guide into Bwindi impenetrable forest. You will start your trek at the top of the hills descending to find the gorillas walking between 2 and 4 hours before you reach the gorillas. Once you find the first gorilla you will have an hour with them the time will fly by so make the most of every minute. This is a fascinating experience as you will watch the gentle giants interact exhibiting similar behavior to humans. Gorillas in Bwindi National Park

Day 5: Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park – Lake Mburo
This morning you will be driven eastwards to Lake Mburo national park. The driver takes between four and five hours the scenery is really beautiful, starting with step winding hills covered in a patchwork quilt of fields and then opening out into flatter plains. On your arrival, you will then settle in your tent at Matana Campsite or any other lodge of your choice. On the afternoon of your arrival, you may choose to go for a game drive with your driver/guide or simply relax and enjoy the stunning views from the camp. Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

Day 6: Lake Mburo National Park – Entebbe
You will set off after breakfast back to Entebbe a drive of around five hours passing through the bustling capital of Kampala on the way where you can stop to buy some souvenirs if you wish. You will have the afternoon at leisure to do whatever you wish at Entebbe either relaxing at the guest house or exploring the botanical gardens where one can relax or swim in Lake Victoria. Day 7: Entebbe Airport
An early start this morning you will be driven to Entebbe airport for your fright back home.
